Wake the Sleeping Lady

It all begins on an ordinary morning in October, when she wakes to a crash in her remote cabin in the beautiful Appalachian foothills…and glass all over the floor. A second later, the outside door of her cabin clicks shut.

After that, almost daily clues show up that she’s in danger: a horse and mysterious rider nearly run her off a dangerous mountain trail. A black pickup rides her bumper.
